Rooted in the spirit of Aloha\, this gathering invites all levels to come together for gentle hula\, dancing prayer\, and moving meditation.  Moving as a community\, with shared intention\, is a way to restore balance\, release stress\, and reconnect with the sacred. \nRenew Faith and Empowerment in this Community Dance Experience.
