SUMMARY:Yoga and Nature Day Camp - ages 7-11
DESCRIPTION:Sign Your Kids up to explore Yoga and Nature using inspiration from Pono Grown Farm.  With farm manager and yoga teacher Lauren Bell and yoga teacher and youth coach\, Alexandra Heard.\n \nIn this workshop we will explore the farm looking for inspiration from plants\, animals and the natural cycles to create our own yoga experience. Aspects of asana & breath work will be introduced in this beautiful outdoor setting. Students will be encouraged to create movement based on what they have observed around them. Kids will take home knowledge in yoga along with nature inspired yoga cards for them to recall the flows created in class. \nKids should wear comfortable clothes and shoes (required) that can get dirty as we explore the farm. Please provide your child with a full water bottle\, sun protection & a rain jacket. \nThis course is sponsored by Maui Access to Mindful Movement in partnership with the Maui Strong Fund \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nsuggested donation $30 – pay what you can\, pay it forward for those who cannot \nfor ages 7-11 years\n \n
